Our Space

We’ve installed both temporary and permanent partitions ...Besides letting the beautiful light in we wanted to make sure that you were still able to make that human connection with others going through their own health journey for support and encouragement. We’ve separated our exercise rehabilitation into distinct ‘pods’. You will have everything you need in your pod to achieve your goals with the confidence that everything will be thoroughly disinfected before and after use. Behind the walls we’ve added a completely new central air and filtration system and TRIPLED the size of the necessary unit for better ventilation and air quality. We have also reorganized our workstations so you can easily move from recovery to restoration to resilience to maintain consistency with our model you have grown to love.
